The Osher LLI at 麻豆女郎 Jupiter Presents Steve Clemons
The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at 麻豆女郎 in Jupiter will present a lecture by Steve Clemons, the editor-at-large of聽The Hill聽magazine, on Tuesday, Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. in the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute complex at 麻豆女郎鈥檚 John D. MacArthur Campus,聽5353 Parkside Dr., in聽Jupiter.
鈥淲ashington鈥檚 Floating World: How Politics in Our Nation鈥檚 Capital Has Become the World鈥檚 Most Important and Watched Theater鈥 will examine how U.S. politics and policies are being overturned and recast and the attention the United States is receiving from other countries around the world.
Clemons is a foreign policy and politics contributor to MSNBC and is proprietor of the political blog, 鈥淭he Washington Note.鈥 He serves as a senior fellow and the founder of the American Strategy Program at the New America Foundation, a centrist think tank in Washington D.C., where he previously served as executive vice president. He writes and speaks frequently about the D.C. political scene and foreign policy and national security issues, as well as domestic and global economic-policy challenges.
